Christmas in July with Basic Invite
I am 100% that crazy girl that orders her Christmas cards in July! The holiday season is always a whirlwind for me and I hate rushing to put together cards last minute. Plus, the early bird gets the $$$ savings. You can typically score your holiday cards at a 15-20% discount if you order them well in advance. It pays to be on top of it!
I recently forced Tyler and our two rottweilers, Tyson (9 years old) and Wyatt (12 weeks at the time), to participate in a family photo shoot for our holiday card on a hot June Sunday. Poor Tyler and the dogs were dying in the heat, but the photos were totally worth it. Now, we will forever have darling photos of our boys and of Wyatt as a puppy. I've included six of my favorite photos for our holiday card below. Help me choose one! Leave a comment below (#1-#6) with your favorite.
It's therefore quite fitting that we recently chose to collaborate with Basic Invite on their custom Christmas cards, printed holiday cards, and holiday party invites. It's never too early to start planning and ordering your holiday snail mail.
Basic Invite has so many wonderful holiday cards to chose from with unlimited custom color options for each element within the card design. Plus, they have flat and raised foil in silver, gold and rose gold! I get gold foil in my Christmas cards every year! It adds the perfect amount of shine to the card.
With Basic Invite, you can order a sample of your holiday card or invite on different paper types, with different colors, etc. to see how the card prints before placing your final order!
In my opinion, one of the best features of Basic Invite is its address capturing service, which allows you to simply share a link on Facebook, Instagram, or any other form of social media to request your friends and family's addresses. The information then gets stored in your account and you can select the recipient address printing during the design process at NO additional cost!
Overall, I'm very satisfied with Basic Invite and highly recommend their paper products. You can use the code 15FF51 for 15% off your Holiday card and invitation purchases.
Family photos are by Angel of Feather & Fawn Photography. She's amazing!
