Refund Policy

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items:

Reusable and protective face masks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Likewise, any product that is monogrammed or customized cannot be returned or exchanged. (sweatshirts, monogrammed bows, etc).

Exchange Items:

All sales are final with the exception of exchange. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to receive store credit and to process an exchange.

Exchanges for non-monogrammed bows or products will be accepted so long as the product meets the conditions set forth below. Such exchange requests must be made within 30 days of your product delivery date. The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, or floor debris.

Refund Items

If a product is delivered damaged due to transport, please provide us with written notification within 7 business days of delivery. We will gladly work to provide an exchange or refund your order entirely, if requested. 

A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
