Returns & Exchanges (Domestic)
For non-custom items, returns and exchanges must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less shipping/restock fee ($10 charge), as applicable. Product must be new, unworn, and unwashed with original tags.
You will be refunded, less shipping/restock fee, to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days or we will ship out the item you are exchanging it for so long as stock is available. Domestic exchange shipping is complimentary.

Sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange and are considered FINAL.
International Returns

Handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please email info@jeffersonlanedesigns.com. You will receive an address to send your return to. You are in charge of purchasing your own shipping label/custom documentation form from your carrier of choice.
Eligible Items
All items are eligible for return or exchange unless specifically stated in the product description. Please note that any product that is monogrammed or customized cannot be returned or exchanged (sweatshirts, bespoke cashmere, monogrammed bows, etc).
Damaged Goods
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at info@jeffersonlanedesigns.com with a photo of the damaged/wrong item and your order number. We’ll take it from there!
