Reusable and protective face masks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Monogrammed or custom items cannot be exchanged. Any product that is monogrammed or customized cannot be returned or exchanged. (sweatshirts, monogrammed bows, etc).

Refundable & Exchange Items:
Exchanges for non-monogrammed bows or products we'll accept, but as the customer you will be charged for the return shipping and the product must not be damaged. You may exchange items within 15 days of your delivery date.
All sales are final with the exception of exchange. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 15 days of your purchase date to receive store credit or an exchange.
A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, or floor debris.
