We are proud to officially offer silk runner rentals for all occasions, from weddings to corporate events or private parties.
Each runner is approximately 18" wide in our signature crinkle silk
International shipping for runner rentals is not available at this time.
What does our fee cover?
Our rental fee covers the cost of the silk, the dye time, and the washing of the runners. Any damages or missing items will be assessed after your order is returned to us. Our fee does not include shipping and handling associated with the delivery and return of the runners.
The shipping fee for the runners will be billed separately based on weight.
How early do I need to place my rental order?
We request that all runner rental orders be placed four (4) weeks in advance of the event date.
How long can I keep the runners?
Our standard is four (4) days. If your runners are not returned by the scheduled date (via FEDEX, UPS, etc. or dropped off to Ellen/Julie), a $50 late fee will be assessed. If you need to keep the runners for a longer period of time, please let us know so that we can check availability to extend the rental fee.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of the dye process, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Orders must be cancelled via written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org two (2) weeks in advance of the event date in order to receive a full order refund.
Should I launder the runners?
Given how delicate our silk runners are, we ask that you not launder our runners under any circumstances. Cleaning is included in the rental fee.
What constitutes a damaged item?
A runner is considered damaged if it is beyond the point of repair or laundering. The most common damages are wax stains, tears/cuts/holes, burns or excessive soil/mildew. For damaged runners, we will charge a replacement fee equal to the rental cost per damaged runner.
